To obtain Studio of Gift's authorization to return merchandise, please call or email the Customer Service Department.
- Defective merchandise return must be reported within 7 days of shipment delivery.
- Non-defective merchandise return must be reported with 14 days of shipment delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped by Studio of Gifts. Merchandise and packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will not be accepted. Please note shipping fees will not be credited.
We will issue you a free $10 Studio of Gifts gift card to use toward your next purchase. We value your business and hope you'll visit us again real soon!
